After filling out the details of your big day, we will meet up to discuss exactly what you want to curate. By the end of this meeting, you will be provided a custom floral proposal, invoice, & contract. Then comes the fun part, your big day! We will handle all of the details, bringing the vibe to life, allowing you to create the most special memories.
INITIAL CONSULT
Once we’ve received your questionnaire back, we’ll schedule an initial consultation to connect more intentionally. This is the time where we really understand your vision, and begin shaping the floral atmosphere of your day.

If you feel a connection to our work, we invite you to get in touch. I will then send a questionnaire for you to share your day in detail and the florals you imagine bringing it to life.
PROPOSAL & CONTRACT
By the end of our consultation, you will receive a personalized floral proposal tailored to your vision, needs, and aesthetic. This includes a thoughtful design direction, key floral elements, and a detailed quote. Along with the proposal, you will also receive a contract to secure your date and move forward knowing that you have made the best decision choosing The Anther Gallery to bring your flowers to life.
FINAL CONSULT
Sixty days before your event, we will reconnect for a final consultation to refine the details. This meeting ensures everything aligns—from updated guest counts to floral selections and key logistical notes. It’s a moment to revisit your vision with fresh clarity and make any thoughtful adjustments before we begin sourcing blooms and bringing the design to life.
THE BIG DAY
When your day arrives, our role is to ensure the floral experience unfolds seamlessly, allowing you to soak up the beauty of the day. From the bridal bouquet to the final table arrangement, every stem will reflect the vision we’ve created together. You’ll walk into a space designed just for you.
